Zara Night Eau De Parfum

I really love Zara clothing - the quality is great, and the style of their clothes is so current, but I never thought I would end up buying perfume from there!

A few months ago, my sister came home with a perfume - my mum and I fell in love with it straight away, and we were shocked to find out that it only cost £10.

The next time I went to Zara, I picked it up, but in a bigger size (80ml) for £15. The smaller size (40ml) costs £10. You can even purchase it from the website (they have recently added the perfumes on their website)

I love the packaging - the gold stickers on the side are a little tacky but it looks very similar to the Chanel Chance perfume bottle.

The top note is Bergamot, the middle note is Peony and the base note is Vanilla. My mother detests the smell of vanilla but she seems to love this perfume.

I think the perfume is perfect for a night out! Plus, because it's such good value for money, I feel comfortable enough to take it on holiday with me!

Have you ever tried a perfume by Zara?

Marshmallow Blends Review

It's Autumn now and there's nothing better than treating yourself to a pamper evening.

A few weeks ago, I decided to buy some pamper products from Marshmallow Blends, which is owned by fellow blogger Nicola. Nicola creates all the products herself and does not use nasty chemicals like parabens or SLS (which I see a lot of in Lush!). She sells body butters, soaps, shower fluffs, candles, wax tarts, body scrubs, lip butters and so on.

Here is what I purchased:

Pink Sugar Shower Fluff  (£6) - this has a consistency of the inside of a marshmallow. I simply rub it in my hand and apply it on my body when I have a shower. It smells wonderful and moisturises my skin too! The smell is exactly the same as the Pink Sugar perfume (which I used to wear a lot)

Pink Sugar Body Butter (£6) - this body butter is divine. The packaging is a lot smaller than I expected therefore I am only going to use it only once a week. I used this today and my skin feels so soft right now. It has a consistency of candle wax, but once you touch it, it melts on your skin. When I run out of this, I am going to purchase the Parma Violets body butter - yum!

I also decided to treat myself to some wax tarts! I am slightly obsessed with wax tarts lol

3) ParaSoy Melt in Snow Fairy (£1.50) - I am burning this right now. If you are a fan of Lush' Snow Fairy Shower cream then you will love this wax tart - it smells exactly like it! I am so impressed!

4) Pink Sugar Wax melts (£3.50) - I love these, I tried one the other day and it made my room smell like Pink Sugar (perfume). There are lots of different scents you can have it in too - the next one I am going to purchase is the Vanilla and Honey one

5) Lemon Sugar owl wax melt (£2) - I haven't used this yet but I will let you know on Twitter!

Denman tangle smoother review

Having long, thick hair is a nightmare at times! I struggle to tame my hair because it is full of tangles.

I was recently sent this Denman Tangle Smoother to test out. This brush is a god send! I normally brush my hair when it is wet, brushing from the bottom, and then brushing the top half of my hair - I have noticed that this technique works better with my unruly hair!

I love the colour of the brush too - it stands out amongst my hair care products. There's also a yellow version (note - I took the photos of the tangle smoother before I tested it out). I wish there was a way to fold this to make it travel friendly.

This is the best type of brush if you have long, thick hair, if you wear extensions or a wig, or if your hair is full of tangles. The metal pins do a great job in smoothing your hair. It can even be used to massage the scalp.

It can be purchased from the Denman website.

Current Candle Favourites

Nothing can stop me from burning candles, not even the warm weather we have in England!  When I get home from a stressful day at work, I treat myself by burning a candle. I find this a lot better than treating myself to a bar of chocolate!

I am currently loving the White Chocolate Mint candle. When I first lit the candle, I found that the smell wasn't strong enough, but eventually the scent got stronger. I also love the the jar - it looks so much better than the typical Yankee candle jars! This would make a lovely gift in my opinion. The one below costs £10.

I am going to keep the jar when the candle runs out to store cotton wool or cotton buds!
I also love the Beach Flowers candle. My father loves the scent of this - and believe me, he rarely compliments my candles lol! This is the perfect scent for Spring and Summer. I also love candles with two or three wicks - they just look better.. and more romantic too! This candle cost £15! The candles in the jars last for ages - sometimes even 6 months, so they are good value for money.

The downside of burning candles in my room are the stains - mainly from using matches! This is why I am so happy to have a candle lighter - which is designed to light up deep jars!

You may have seen these gorgeous little wax tarts features on my instagram. I am obsessed about them! They cost a little over a pound and the scent is so strong! My favourite one at the moment is Margarita Time - it smells so tropical - ideal for the summer months! I have yet to burn Cranberry pear and black plum blossom.

All of these can be purchased from The Scented Candle Shop (link!). I find this website great because they have a wide variety of candles, wax tarts and accessories, and the website is cheaper than the official Yankee website. They also do a price match scheme which is awesome!

Lil Miss Rosh: Orly Color Blast Review +

I love painting my nails. It's something I look forward to doing every weekend (I avoid wearing nail polish to work). If you read my blog, you may have noticed my love for Orly nail polishes!

Orly color blast have come out with some new shades - 72 shades with 9 different finishes to be precise.

The Essex girl inside me opted for the 'Bronze chunky glitter' nail polish.

I like the design of the Color Blast bottle compared to the previous bottles! The glitter is easy to apply and looks even more beautiful when it catches the light - perfect for the summer!

I ended up pairing it with the Barry M Pale Pink nail polish! What a beautiful combination!

You can purchase Orly Nail Polish at Boots (it retails at £9.50)

What's your current favourite nail polish?

*Note, this item was sent to me for consideration of a review. Honest opinion as always!

Lil Miss Joyful: Happy Mother's day!

Hi guys! I hope everyone is having a lovely Mother's day!

This year, we got my mother a lovely biscuit card from Biscuiteer's. I don't believe in giving normal cards anymore, it's all about biscuit cards! They are delicious and are made from the finest ingredients (although very expensive - but make for an awesome and original gift). We also got my mother a spa day voucher (you can never go wrong with these!)

It also comes in a cute presentation box:

What did you get your mother for Mother's day?

Lil Miss Impressed: My current favourite nail polishes +

My idea of the perfect nail polish:
  • Easy to apply
  • Lasts for a long time
  • It has to be easy to remove
I've tried many nail polishes - both high end and 'drug store' but my favourite has to be the Barry M Gelly Nail Paints!

I am so impressed by the quality of the nail polishes. I've had many compliments when I have worn these colours and someone even asked me whether I had a gel manicure!

Summary:

Any disadvantages?
I wish the nail polishes came in more shades!

How much do they cost?
Barry M nail polishes are relatively cheap. They cost £2.99 or you can get some buy one get one half price in Boot's stores.

Where can I buy them from?

Lil Miss Organised: New handbags +

If I could get away with not carrying a handbag - I would. I don't like carrying things - I rather stuff things in my pockets. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.

For work, I carry the essentials: Sat nav, work equipment, makeup bag, wallet, phone, keys and hand cream. As I carry so much, my bags get worn out quicker than normal, so my idea of the perfect bag is: good quality, durable, has different sections to organise my belongings and it also has to be profressional and 'sleek looking'.

I found the perfect bag in Next - and I absolutely love it! The detailing is beautiful, the material is of great quality and the straps are long enough to hang off my shoulder.  Unfortuanately I cannot find it on the Next website but I only purchased it a few weeks ago so it may be available instore. The bag cost me £25.

I was also looking for a smaller handbag for recreational purposes. I found this Mulberry lookalike from M&S for only £35. I love the long straps, the fact that it has a zip divider in the middle and the sturdy material.

Where do you buy your handbags from?

Lil Miss Organised: Olivia Burton Watch +

After I saw this watch on Amy's blog, I knew I had to purchase it. I love my Michael Kor's watch, but I think it's too flashy for work, so I decided that I wanted to invest in more of a 'simple' watch.

I have been lusting after this Olivia Burton Big Dial Mink + Rose Gold watch for months! Unfortunately, it was sold out for a long time - but I finally managed to find it from Kiki's boutique for £65 - which I think is very reasonable!

It's a beautiful watch that looks very classy! If I could go back in time, I would probably purchase the watch in the tan leather strap, as the white strap seems to get dirty very quickly!

If you want to buy a classy, rose gold watch and cannot afford to spend too much - go for Olivia Burton!

Lil Miss Moisturised: Favourite body lotion!

I posted earlier that I loved body oils, but as they can get quite messy (and they're definitely not travel friendly), I decided to purchase a body cream.

This Soap and Glory Smoothie Star body lotion is definitely my favourite body lotion to date! I have dabbled with the likes of Nivea, Vaseline and Garnier - but this one beats the lot! It makes my skin feel very smooth and soft - it's not too heavy and not too light either!

The first thing I like about this body lotion is that it is free from parabens (nasty chemicals which can potentially cause cancer!). Most moisturisers contain parabens, so this is a major plus point!

The second thing I like about this body lotion is that it contains almond, cocoa, yoghurt, oat and honey - all of these are great for your skin! It also smells of almonds, oats and brown sugar (more like digestive biscuits to me)

I also love the fact that the body cream has a pump - which makes it sanitary!

This body pump retails at £10.00 and can be purchased from Boots. There's currently a 3 for 2 offer at Boots, so I will definitely be stocking up!

What's your favourite body cream?

Lil Miss Resourceful: Castor oil for eyelash growth

Recently, I have noticed that my eyelashes have become thinner. Unfortunately L'oreal have stopped selling their eyelash serum (or maybe they do sell it, but it's always sold out in Boots and Superdrug), so I decided to look for more natural methods to increase the thickness of my eyelashes.

Cue a Google search, and I found the secret ingredient - Castor oil!

After reading several reviews on the Internet, I decided to purchase it from Amazon for a mere £3 (including delivery charge for a 100ml bottle)

The first time I used it, I applied the oil directly on my eyelashes using my fingers, just after removing my eye makeup. The next morning - I noticed thicker eyelashes! The results were so quick it was unbelievable! You can also use a cotton bud to apply the oil on your eyelashes.

I have been using Castor oil for several weeks now and have noticed a major difference to my eyelashes. They are not necessarily any longer, but definitely thicker and healthier!

The great thing about Castor oil is that it is natural and cheap! You can even apply it to your hair and eyebrows to promote growth!

I love this oil! It's definitely something that I cannot live without right now (especially with the amount of mascara I apply!)

Have you ever used Castor oil?

Lil Miss Innovative: Emobox review *

If you're anything like me, then you've probably lost a few USB sticks in the past!

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Emobox, who asked me whether I would like to try their USBs. When I saw that their USBs came in the form of a necklace, bracelet and a card - I immediately said yes! I love innovative and practical technology!

I've showed this necklace to my friends and family, and everyone looked so surprised when I showed them the USB! My mum and sister both want one! This would make a lovely and thoughtful gift for any female! The company also sells USBs for men (in the form of wrist-lets)

It is no ordinary necklace!
Open it up... (the necklace is magnetic, which makes it easy to close!)
Wallet drive

Emobox also sell a 'Wallet drive' which slots inside your computer! I carry this inside my wallet - which prevents me from losing it!

The necklace retails at £13 and the wallet card retails at £12! Both store up to 8gb of data.

Lil Miss Greasy: Batiste dry shampoo does it again!

So Batiste have done it again, and come out with a few more dry shampoos! The two new additions are called: Paisley and Graffiti.

Paisley and Graffiti

Out of the two, Paisley is my favourite, because it has top notes of: Grapefruit,Lime and Cassis, middle notes of: Jasmine, Rose,Apple,Raspberry and Patchouli and base notes of Musk, Caramel and Vanilla (these are my favourite scents)

Graffiti on the other hand has top notes of: Apple, wild berry, grape and citrus. It has middle notes of Jasmine, Lily and Iris and base notes of Musk, Coconut, Sandalwood and Cedar.

What I've noticed about these new bottles is that the scent lingers for longer! Whenever I use dry shampoo, I always use it the night before (you can also use it for a Halloween party) and I blow dry my hair on the cool setting in the morning to remove any residue! It usually works a treat!

These cost £2.99 each and are exclusive to Boots :)

Batiste have also come out with a limited edition trio (containing Mamba, Savannah and Wild)- which would make a fabulous stocking filler!

These are very convenient because of their size, especially for me because I travel a lot!

This limited edition pack costs £4.99 and is available at Boots :)

Lil Miss Curly: Shu Uemura eyelash curler review

Hi guys, I'm so sorry I haven't blogged in a while! I've started my new job and I've barely had any time for anything! I've finally settled down now, so I should be posting more often!

Moving on to the eyelash curler, I've wanted a Shu Uemura eye lash curler for nearly a year! It's one of those cult products that everybody talks about. When my previous eyelash curler broke, I knew I had to splurge on the Shu Uemura eyelash curler.

The low down?
Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. The iconic Shu Uemura eyelash curler featuring enhanced design and upgraded features for ultimate precision that delivers the perfect curl. Upgraded silicone pad in a new mushroom shape provides a protective, stay-put edge for improved safety and optimum curl. Upgraded patented hinge with precise engineering applies perfect amount of pressure on eyelashes. Curved angle suits all eye shape. Calculated shape and size of frame length and ergonomic handles ensure stability and control. Source

Was it worth it?

Yes! Even though this eyelash curler is a whopping £20, I'd say it beats any eyelash curler I have ever tried. I never knew that my eyelashes would curl so high and look so natural at the same time! Also, none of my lashes were left out - it really is worth it. You barely need to apply any pressure - one squeeze is enough to see a noticeable change in your lashes.

Any downsides?
The only problem with this product is that you cannot buy replacement pads for it! There is one replacement given when you purchase it, but other than that, you're expected to buy a new one after 6 months. This is a total rip off! I intend on using mine for longer! I've had this product for several months, and the pad is in good condition, so Shu Uemura have exaggerated a little bit!

Where can you buy it from?
I purchased mine directly from a Shu Uemura stand in Selfridges. You can also purchase it from House of Fraser, Amazon, Ebay (watch out for fakes!) and Buya Powa (for a mere £14)

Have you tried this product?

Lil Miss Lippy: Carmex Lip Balms +

One of my most used products is lip balm. I use them before applying lipstick, sometimes during the day, and always in the evening. One of my favourite lip balm brands is Carmex! Carmex have definitely expanded in the last few years! I remember when Carmex used to only have a pot, and now they have the tube as well as the lip tint! There's also a range of flavours, my favourite being strawberry :) The pot is very germ friendly, which is why I prefer the tube and the lip tint so much more.

My favourite type is the Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm Sheer Tint. It's very moisturising, and applies a hint of colour onto your lips! This means I can use it during the day, and not worry about applying lipstick afterwards. I love anything that saves me time :)

The pot and tube cost around £2.49, whilst the Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm Sheer Tint costs around £4.49. This price is quite steep for the lip tint, but it also doubles up as lipstick so it's quite cost effective!

You can buy them from Boots, Superdrugs and supermarkets

What do you think of Carmex products?

Lil Miss Glossy: Moroccanoil Treatment Review

I previously mentioned in this post that my hair is the bane of my life! It used to be frizzy, messy and out of control. I recently purchased 'Moroccanoil Treatment' after stalking it on BuyaPowa for weeks and I haven't looked back since.

The Low Down:

'Moroccanoil Treatment’s versatile, nourishing and residue-free formula can be used as a conditioning, styling and finishing tool. It blends perfectly with other products and even speeds up drying time. This treatment for hair completely transforms and repairs as its formula transports lost proteins for strength; fatty acids, omega-3 oils and vitamins for shine; and antioxidants for protection. It absorbs instantly to fill gaps in hair created by heat, styling and environmental damage.''

What are the ingredients?

Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Argania Spinoza Kernel Oil (Aragan Oil), Linseed Extract (Linum Usitatissimum), Fragrance (Supplement), D&C Yellow 11, D&C Red 17, Coumarin, Benzyl Benzoate, Alpha Isomethyl Ionone

Unfortunately the product is not made from only pure Argan oil (which is a miracle oil from Morocco) so don't be fooled by that! Silicone's also seem to be present in the product (the first three chemicals) - which is probably why my hair looks so shiny.

What are your impressions of the Moroccanoil hair treatment?

I have seen a massive difference in the condition of my hair. This products makes my hair look very shiny and healthy. It rained today - and the shine still remained on my hair, instead of reverting into a frizzy mess (like it usually does!)

How do you use it?

I simply wash my hair, wrap my hair in a towel for about 10 minutes and then apply the treatment. I simply use one pump and pat it on my hair. I avoid the roots - and try to limit to only using one pump (the first time I used the product, I used two pumps, which made my hair look very greasy!).

Where can you get it from?

You can purchase this product from Amazon, BuyaPowa (although you will have to be quick as it sells like hot cakes) as well as your local salon.

How much does it cost?

This was the reason why I was reluctant to purchase the product in the first place. £30 for a 100ml product seemed a bit too steep for me. Luckily I got £9 off by purchasing from BuyaPowa! I will definitely purchase this product again, but only if the results stay the same! (They say silicone damages your hair, so I'm not going to buy any backups just yet)

Advantages?
  • Makes hair look very healthy
  • Easy to apply
  • My hairdressers recommended it!
  • Easy to get hold off
  • Great packaging - love the pump. The product also comes with a lid (which is useful for travelling)
  • It is sold in different sizes - you can always purchases the smallest one to sample it!
Disadvantages?
  • Expensive - but it will last me a long time (the hair dresser said it could last up to a year)
  • It's not really Moroccan oil - it's just silicones, a tiny amount of argan oil and some other chemicals
  • The bottle is made of glass - so it could possibly shatter
  • Product can make your hair look greasy! I do have to wash my hair more often now!

Lil Miss Astonished: Bioderma makeup remover review

One of the perils of wearing makeup is removing it - definitely eye makeup! I have tried many different eye makeup removers, namely: Amie, Simple, Johnson's and Botanics. None of these eye makeup removers haven ANYTHING on Bioderma. I received Bioderma as part of a gift for my birthday. I have been lusting after it for ages, especially after seeing many reviews on blogs and You tube. Even, Lisa Eldridge has recommended it.

What exactly is Bioderma?
  • Bioderma is basically a cleanser which removes your makeup. I use it to remove eye makeup - I haven't tried it on my face yet.
  • Bioderma is especially orientated for sensitive, normal and dry skin
  • It is soap free
  • It removes water resistant makeup
  • It soothes your skin and prevents feelings of irritation often caused by cleansing

    What are the ingredients?
WATER (AQUA), PEG-6 CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC GLYCERIDES, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, CUCUMIS SATIVUS (CUCUMBER) FRUIT EXTRACT, MANNITOL, XYLITOL, RHAMNOSE, FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES, DISODIUM EDTA, CETRIMONIUM BROMIDE.
As you can see, there are NO parabens and NO sodium laureth sulphate - which are bad for your skin and your health. There's also cucumber inside - which is great for your eyes.

What are your impressions of Bioderma?
When I first used this, I was astonished (hence the name of the post). Bioderma managed to remove every speck of makeup from my eyes. There was no residue, and I did not suffer from panda eyes the next morning.

    How do you use it?
I poured Bioderma onto a cotton pad, and held the pad on my eye for 10 seconds. I gently removed any excess eye makeup using the cotton pad, and that's it! Everything was gone! I do not have to tug or pull on my eyes anymore to remove the makeup. This constant tugging and pulling can cause premature ageing. I haven't used it on my face because my skin is extremely sensitive (even though the product is formulated for sensitive skin). I may try it one day...

Where can you get it from?
This is definitely the downside of the product. Bioderma is available in France. I don't know anyone in France, but I do have friends who know friends. You can buy it online though (thank god!). I think my friend purchased it from this website.

    Advantages?
    • Fabulous product
    • Makeup artists around the world use it!
    • Great for sensitive skin
    • Massive bottle
    • Relatively cheap - two 500ml bottles cost £15.
    • You get 500ml of product which will last a very long time
    • Technically, it's great for anti-ageing, because you won't be pulling on your eye lids as much
    • NO MORE PANDA EYES!!
    Disadvantages?
    • They don't sell it in the UK. Not good if you need it in an emergency
    • Watch out for shipping prices!
    • The bottle is too big for travel (you can always decant it)

Lil Miss Reminiscent: Favourite products of 2011 +

This year, I haven't been very experimental with makeup or skin care. I've been using the same old stuff and I've been loving it! I used to be a bit more obsessed about makeup but it has definitely taken a back seat this year! I used to love dressing up, but now it doesn't excite me as much. I don't know what has happened to me?

Here are a few of my favourite products of 2011:

Neal and Wolf Shine Spray - I couldn't live without this! It really makes your hair shiny. Click here to read more.

Nothing can beat Loreal Voluminous - my favourite mascara ever! :)

I found love with Mac Refined Golden Bronzer this year!

Amie Skincare - I've been using this since December 2010. (Full review coming soon)

Barry M lipstick No. 62 (bright, but it actually suits me!), Max Factor lipstick in Pink Brandy (this is a great mixing colour), Bobbi Brown lipstick in Carnation (my summer lippie) and Revlon Lipstick in Cinnamon Bronze (my 'Fall' colour).

Art Deco eyeshadow in no.29 (perfect for inner corner and brow bone highlight)

Orly nail polish in Stone Cold (the most vibrant dark blue, with a surplus of glitter), Star Gazer polish in no. 313 (my all time favourite), Ciate paint pot in Kitten Heels (long lasting and gorgeous). Orly nail polish in Night Owl (the perfect nude, read my review here) and Barry M nail paint in Fuchsia (my summer colour).

Honey as a face mask. If only I had discovered this before. This helps keep your skin looks supple, feeling smooth and also lightens acne scars. I purchased mine from Sainsbury's. Here is my review on it.

Garnier Roll on in Medium. It's not perfect but it acts as an eye cream as well as a concealer. It brightens my under eyes without looking cakey. :)
HD Brows Set - defining your brows makes a massive difference to your face. I love this product!

Lil Miss Opinionated: Products I love, like and dislike from ELF + :(

Today I am going to review some products from ELF cosmetics. If you have never of of ELF cosmetics then you are certainly missing out. ELF stands for Eyes Lips Face. It is an online cosmetics company (they also sell in stores in the USA and other countries). ELF is one of the cheapest cosmetic brands I have encountered - and I believe that some of the products are better than MAC and other high end companies. Most of the products sell for as cheap as £1.50, some of the more expensive products sell at £5.50. If you follow ELF's Facebook page, or sign up to their email, you will be notified of special deals (such as 40% off, free gifts and so on). There is usually a special deal every week!

Here are the products I will be reviewing today:

    Products I love:
I really love the ELF Warm Bronzer (it retails for £3.50). It is a perfect mix of bronze and pink - and it great for work. The products makes my cheeks glow. Unfortunately, this product did start causing a reaction on my cheeks (a few months ago), but I'm going to buy a new one anyway (and hopefully it won't break me out!). This was definitely my most used cheek product of 2010! I love the packaging - it's very Nars-esque, making it travel friendly.
The next product I love from ELF is the Studio Powder Brush (£3.50) I actually purchased 2 of these! I use this to apply my powder foundation everyday. It helps provide a nice, even coverage. The only downside of this product is that it takes forever to dry once you've washed it (hence I purchased two!). I also like the fact that the product does not waste my powder foundation too much.

The ELF Kabuki brush (£5.00) is one of the softest brushes I have ever felt. I use this to apply loose powder on my face. I have felt the Mac Kabuki brush (which retails for over £30!) but I think that this one is more cost effective :)

    Products I like from ELF:

A lipstick I like from ELF is called 'Gypsy' (£1.50). This product is a great dupe for Mac's Girl About Town, although the Mac lipstick has more of a blue tone to it. The only downside to this product is the packaging. I recently purchased the same lipstick for my mum but it snapped after one use! If you were to own this product, make sure you handle it with extra care!

The next product that I like is the ELF Cream Eyeliner in Black (£3.50). This product is very pigmented, it lasted for long (it dried out recently though, after over a year of use). The only downside is the smudging! As I have hooded eyes, I would often notice the eyeliner on my brow bones lol! Obviously the best treatment for this is to apply some black eyeshadow on top ;)

The Elf Studio Blushes in Gotta Glow and Peachy Keen (£3.50 each). I also have other ELF blushes but I gave them away to my mum because I didn't like the shades on my skin tones. These blushes look beautiful in the pan but not so nice on my skin. The pigmentation is mediocre and the products caused little bumps to form on my skin (please note that I have very sensitive skin). I do like the variety of the shades and the price, but these blushes are definitely not so great in comparison to MAC and other brands.

Products I am not too keen on:

This is the ELF Studio blush brush (£3.50). I do like the texture of the brush and the fact that it does not shed. However, I believe that it makes the product look streaky on my cheeks. Alternatively, I tried to use it as a contour brush, but it didn't work as well as my beloved Sigma brush! It was only £3.50 so I'm not full of regret!

Elf Cream Eyeshadow. (£3.50)  I have always wanted to try a Mac Paintpot but the price was too much! I decided to give the ELF Cream Eyeshadow a go and I think I wasted my money. The product does not last, looks very streaky, the colour doesn't suit me and frankly, I don't think I'll ever use it again. If anyone wants to share tips on how to use this product then feel free...

What do you think of ELF products?
